பொறையார் நாடார் எஸ்டேட் வரலாறு கி.பி 1790 ஆண்டில் இருந்து தொடங்குகிறது. தவசுமுத்து நாடாரின் எஸ்டேட்டில் 7000 ஏக்கர்க்கு மேல் விவசாய நிலங்கள் இருந்தது, இதை தொடர்ந்து, தவசுமுத்து நாடாரின் குடும்பம் மக்களால் “நாடார் எஸ்டேட்” என்று அழைக்கப்பட்டது.
